Anger Management/Executive Coaching for Physicians and Executives

In response to the need for an individual and a sensitive model to intervene for "abusive and disruptive behavior" as defined by The Joint Commission for physicians and executives, T.L. Wentz, Ph.D. and Associates is now offering a twelve hour coaching class for doctors and other executives. This class is available at our Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert, California offices or on-site anywhere within the United States.

T.L. Wentz, Ph.D. and Associates is a Certified Provider of the Anderson and Anderson Anger Management/Executive Coaching Curriculum.

This class is aligned with The Joint Commission requirements for physicians and all other related healthcare providers and is approved by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance as well as Medical Boards in Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania.

Topics in this coaching class include:

• Assessment at intake focusing on the participant's level of functioning in managing stress, anger, communication and emotional intelligence. We do not provide psychological testing nor is our intervention considered counseling or psychotherapy.
• Two client workbooks which includes didactic information and exercises focusing on enhancing emotional intelligence, improving assertive communication, as well as behavioral strategies for recognizing and managing anger and stress.
• Complimentary “Gaining Control of Ourselves DVD” along with follow-up kit.
• Post-test at completion designed to determine the level of change during the course.
• Our services are provided with the utmost confidentiality for all participants.
